Anyone sold their timeshare and still use Interval International?

Has anyone sold their timeshare and continued to use their Interval International account for Getaways? We have had our timeshare close to 30 years and we may want to sell some day. We usually buy our Interval membership in 5 year increments. So, if you sell your timeshare, what happens to your Interval account if you have maybe 4 years of membership to go? Thanks!

There's really no reason for them to kick you out. They still collect your membership fees, as well as providing another customer for escapes, getaways, and any other non-exchange revenue opportunities. And your history contains valuable data that they can use for their marketing purposes, as well as making available to partners.

Still using mine, and still get ACs deposited in the account. Gave away the unit 10 years ago, it was a freebie I picked up here on TUG bargain bin. It had dual affiliation with RCI.

I let the RCI account expire in Feb 2021, they recently sent me an offer to renew for $49.
