I wrote a post about this last week and no one had an issue. After my 2nd call to MVC we figured it out through the diligent help from "David". It seems my login has been totally deleted from the MVC server. David had an owner last week with the same issue. So I had to go back in and register as if I was a first time user, new login name and password. When I tried it with my former login in it worked at first but later in trying to get to the server, it said there was already an account by that name. So somewhere in the bowels of the server, we're still there but not in the front facing platform. So try registering with a new login and password. You will need your MVC account number. Let us know if that helps. Very frustrating but a solution, finally.
