Hi there,

Has anyone been to a presentation about Desert Willow? Is there a resort map of what it will look like, the number of buildings and the pools, etc? Just curious. The Starwood site shows the same 4 pictures everywhere and it doesn't give us a sense of how big the place will be.

Thank you!

Katherine

We went to the owner's update last Sunday and saw the model and renderings of Desert Willow. The resort will be 3 stories, versus 2 stories at WMH, 2 large pool areas, and I think the salesperson mentioned the development will be around 300 units. She also said that Starwood is trying to get a W hotel in there. EY 2br is $38,900, but I didn't get the mf.

We definitely want to come back and stay at this resort using SO's in the future, but not interested in buying at full freight!

Thank you! Any idea how many buildings? Just curious if it's going to feel cozy or huge in the end. K

Not sure how many buildings there were, but the site plan of the development was an elongated shape somewhat similar to WMH. I would guess that it wouldn't have a massive resort feel to it because of the way the buildings were grouped on the site model, and it looked like there was enough space between the buildings.
