I received a call from Asesga Associates Marketing, 909 S Meridian Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73108, about selling my timeshare. Asesga claims to have a purchaser who is prepared to offer $45,870 for the vacation property and is prepared to deposit the full amount in to trust account, subject to confirmation of the listed description. Asesga fee is--An 8% (eight percent) commission will be charged to the Sellers(s) at the time of closing by Asesga Associates Marketing.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Welcome - This is a common scam - they will get a bogus upfront fee from you and then disappear with your money.

They won't tell you about this fee upfront - they will wait until they have you completely hooked, and then come up with a fake fee and have you send it to a fake escrow account so you will feel safe.

Often they will call the bogus fee: taxes, transfer fees, title fees, escrow fees, title search, etc.

In reality, the escrow account will just be their bank account in a foreign country, and you will have no recourse to get the money back.

There is no deal.
There is no buyer.
It's a complete scam.
