Does anyone know about or use this web site, sintmaartenrentalweeks.com?

I just got an email from them - presumably from my email being listed on TUG for some Pelican ads. Usually I ignore non-TUG emails and sites that are soliciting my business (usually for a huge fee!) but I'm considering this one.
