Anyone ever get Interval International Getaways Alerts to work

I have created Getaway Alerts on the App it always finds matches but when I click on them it says no availability. This has happened for a long time. If you have got it to work, how?

Is there a contact for IT department at II?
 
My alerts work in mobile but I have to login and hit "Getaway Alerts" I have to remember to login to check. Not really an "alert" per se but it is nice to have my continuous searches automated.
 
Create an "easier" alert and try that.
e.g. An Orlando resort such as MGV for September 2025.
That will work.

You may get an alert for the high demand / hard to find resorts, but by the time the alert runs and you log in, the week may have been held or confirmed by someone else.
 
There can be a lag of an hour between the inventory going in and they alert landing, so if its something that is particularly popular, you've probably missed it by the time you get the alert.
