Anyone ever do business with www.timesharebrokerservices.com

I found an HGVC deed on SMTN that Ryan ended up contacting me about. Signed a contract in late December 2021 and the points were in my account about 6 weeks later. He was good at following up and responding to any questions I had. Only thing I have an issue with is that the original listing is still sitting on SMTN, which I think is quite common. I don't think I ever actually spoke with him, as all communication was through email, which was convenient for me at the time.YMMV

@BingoBangoBongo Is timesharebrokerservices.com the same as SMTN?

None of the documents I received contained the SMTN name. The contract had the Timeshare Broker Services name with addresses in FL and NH. I never asked him what the relationship is between the two companies. To me it seemed like SMTN just forwarded my online inquiry to him. I have received a few follow up emails from SMTN asking for a review, but haven’t responded to them due to the listing still being active. I have done three prior purchases through a different broker and this one was as smooth, if not smoother than some of those.

OK, it is now clearer to me. Timesharebrokerservices advertised through SMTN. So your response was relevant to OP's question.

I sent in inquiry from SMTN and got back an email from Owen Hale...came with $748 Admin fee and $500 Broker fee...I didn't bother replying, just that alone doesn't make a price of $1 even a good deal for the contracts I was inquiry about!

I think many brokers and owners, use SMTN to list. SMTN, in addition to hitting up sellers with hefty listing fees, want more money from the buyers. Shameful practice.

I just bought a Marriott timeshare from a different broker with timesharebroker services.com. The overall price with closing was favorable. The broker and closing company communicated often and kept me informed of the status. All went well for me as the buyer.
