Having nearly been burned by Resorts Management Services, I naturally am leary of any outfit that claims great success in selling or renting a timeshare. I'd be interested to know if anyone has had successful experience(s) with BuyaTimeshare.com.

Did they contact you or you find them? If they initiated contact then no need to look into it anymore. It's a scam. If you found them then do ou research but even lthen if it's more than $75 before the sale is 100% completed it's still a scam.

There is a simple rule of thumb with timeshare "offers." If there is a large upfront fee it is a scam - PERIOD.
