This seems like a timeshare presentation booking company.

I think saw some information on the site, but on the phone, they ensure you there is not presentation.

They give the RCI-type deal pitch, but they have a monthly fee.

I’ve seen some of these, I have plenty of vacations planned and can’t imagine trying this, but maybe someone has experience.

Sounds like the old Travel Club scam. If you own a timeshare and if you’re a member of either RCI or II, there’s nothing they can or will do that you can’t already do through the exchange companies. Plus, the value isn’t any better.
