Anybody else having trouble with RCI's website?

Remember, folks, I'm not great with computers. It's very likely I'm doing something stupid. When I log on to RCI's website, all is well, until I click on one of my favorite searches. The list of resorts comes up, but there is a flashing/radiating concentric circle in the middle of the screen. Almost looks like the site is "doing something"...but nothing happens. I've tried it in both Explorer and Chrome. I've tried both computers I have at home, as well as my phone. Same scenario. I'm going to try it at school tomorrow, just to see what a different internet set up does. Any ideas? Lucky that I don't want to book something right now, or I'd be out of luck! Can't click on anything....just wait and wait and wait. GRRRR. Thanks for your help...and remember who you're talking to when you reply. Step by step "click this then this" type directions.

Tried to book an Extra Vacation online. Entered all the credit card info. "Error", "call this number if you continue to get the error." Opted for the "Chat" button online option. Super helpful, booked my Extra Vacation with no difficulties after only a few minutes wait to "chat."

I am going to try to get to their tech help desk this afternoon after school. This is driving me bonkers. I can't click forward to the next page of the list of resorts. Can't do anything. It's happening on my dad's account, too...so not just me. Grr.

Same here. It only happens when I search from my favorites too. I have tried different browers and still same issue. Freezes everything up.

Thank you...I hadn't thought to try it without going through favorites. Waiting in the queue now...we'll see if I can get any insight.

Finding the search function on RCI's website next to useless.
Cannot pull up any favourites. -- just get a blank page with the three dots blinking - left it to load all night and still nothing.
Cannot search by map. -- the map just will not load.
When I specify USA (specific region/city) I get all results in MEXICO!!! - not even the same country!
When I put in dates I get "Nothing available" and yet if I am specific to a city and don't put in the dates, I get results!! It will give me results for Palm Springs, but not if I put in any cities in that area.
Finding their web site has deteriorated significantly in the last couple of years to the point where I cannot do anything without an rep doing it for me. Takes away all the ability to effectively search an area.
