Any updates on HGVC-South Beach

Hi- Has anyone received updates on the HGVC South Beach, past several weeks of 'close for repairs'?
I'm in the process of 'closing on HGVC-Flamingo (Hi Seth), and am considering a weekend at HGVC in Florida in Feb.
Any South Beach comments? (I read TUG reviews on HGVC-South Beach and they're not too positive)....much thanks in advance...

I called the Hilton hotel's 800 # to find out and they said it was open but when I called the front desk at HGVC South Beach, there was no answer. So I don't know.
