Any Tips for Southwind II on Hilton Head

Hey There:

We are checking in to Southwind II on Hilton Head Island, SC, and was wondering if anyone has any tips for making room or building requests, or what to try to avoid. We check in at the end of the month...

Never been at this Resort before, so any and all tips are very welcome and appreciated...
