Any suggestions for finding a price for selling a seafront 2 bed at Playa

Hi there

We have a 2 bed seafront Gold week at Playa Andaluza in Spain that I bought via TUG many years ago and I'd like to sell it.

Following advice from TUG I have been looking on Redweek for ideas on how to price it but I can't find any other 2 bed seafront at Playa online as a comparison. All suggestions gratefully accepted!

Its likely worth nothing and you can give it back by contacting Cork owner services as its only actually a membership.

You can try some of the Spanish timeshare resellers, a chap called Mark Bell (luxurytimeshareresales)is referenced on the Son Antem FB pages, you can check the Playa FB pages and see, or look up fabtimeshare

I actually bought a 2 bedroom seafront from Fabtimeshare located in Spain for $3000.
