Any GP7 fall/spring owners out there with experience exchanging their week into a flexchange?

We love Breckenridge and decided to become GP8 owners so our dog could join us - GP7 and GP8 allow owners to reserve dog friendly units.

GP7 is much easier to exchange into and also has much better getaway availability, but we gotta leave the pooch home! Looks like we need a GP7 contract.

Resale GP7 is readily available and while nearly all of the owner perks from the developer DO NOT transfer in a resale transaction, the dog privilege does!

My least expensive path to ownership would be accepting a fall/spring gifted week - they're available. MFs are not the cheapest at GP7, so I am thinking either an EOY suite or one bedroom. MF are about +$300 owning the one bedroom.

Here's my question - will a spring/fall suite or one bedroom get me anything during flexchange? I am good with last minute travel and fine paying the MFs on a fall/spring GP7 if I can flexchange into Hawaii or a Florida Marriott. Is a one bedroom going to get me much more than a suite during flexchange? The TDI for a fall/spring GP7 week is pretty darn low...
 
@Bird01 is trying to give a biennial odd summer week away for free. The TDI should be better on that.

Breckenridge Grand Lodge Peak 7

Does anyone have experience with selling or deedback of a summer week at Grand Lodge Peak 7 in Breckenridge CO? I can no longer use because of health reasons (it's 10,000 feet altitude). It's a biennial odd week and want to give it up before 2025. Beautiful vacation area and wonderful facility.
