Thinking about buying a Villa In Phase II. Seems a little more "intimate" to me.
Are the units identical to Phase I (which we have stayed in)? Pros and Cons??
Thanks.

I do like that phase II has walk out ground floor units.
I don't like that phase II has to check in at the phase II side lobby. Also some of those villas can be very far from the store, lobby bar, restaurant and laundry.
I like that E bldg units (phase I) have a great view of the lagoon and the middle units 13 & 14 have some chairs and a table outside the door facing the lagoon (nice way to watch the sun set). The L bldg in Phase II doesn't have nearly as nice rear view.
We do like the phase II kids pool (but our kids have outgrown it) better.

The units are identical.

I also prefer the Phase II pool, though you'll likely use both areas. The check-in and walking distance are worth considering, as pointed out, but I don't think they're a deal-breaker.

I also would say phase two is nicer because of the scenery and layout. It gives a break to the all concrete look of phase one.

I have a unit for sale in phase two and wondered if I had it priced right . If you would be willing to share info with me through a personal message I would like the feedback on my unit. The weeks might be different but I could get an idea.

Units are the same (exceptions are a few large patios and top floor units).

We like II better, quieter; phase I gets the welcome party activities, pool programs all with amplified sound systems.

I have renters, however, that spend all there time over at phase I because they like that pool, so they are different and you can get whatever you prefer.

I think phase II has better elevator service (so it's not an issue), fewer units, so a better ratio of units to elevators. I've heard of complaints from phase I and experienced it myself some, we've rented ourselves over in I when a II wasn't available.

Phase II

Hi-

We have stayed in each phase. We much prefer Phase II. While we had a beautiful room and view in Phase I, I did not enjoy the noise from the pool there. Tons of parties and contests. Our view in Phase II was great and quiet.
I would choose Phase II if you like a little peace and quiet while relaxing on your balcony.

Good luck.
Erin
