Another scam?

Just got a check in the mail for $3,171.21 drawn on BOA Customer Connection Bank of America with letter from NCS Pearson of Livonia, MI saying I'm the "lucky winner" of unclaimed prize money in the amount of $58,000.00. I need to call of 705 number. The check is to assist me in financing my international clearance fee. What a joke.

Yes, a scam.

If you call, they will ask you to deposit the check and send them a processing (or some similar description) fee of something less than the amount of that check. Only long after you send your money will you find out that the check you deposited is fraudulent.
