Annoyed at discount for II

I just called II customer service and all they offered me were regular prices (and at an eye popping increase from the last 5 year renewal). I didn't have a promotion number, because I never got the promo from them despite ours expiring January 2026. I would be thrilled with 40% off. They could keep the extra 10% ;)

Any advice? I imagine the codes might be tied to specific members?
If it expires in 2026, it probably won't qualify for the promo since the it is an upgrade promo. You are already upgraded.

Calling customer service works if you have proof you received a better offer. Just keep checking online. Go through the prompts as a discount isn't shown on the first screen.
