Anyone else have this happen? It happened a few days ago to me. Around 45 reservations went to zero. I can still look them up manually and they are there with my rewards number still attached. They do still show on the mobile app but not on a regular browser.

Yes, it happened to my online account as well, but they are all showing there now.

The my-vacationclub.com site is screwy. I have weeks, not points.

Use Weeks --> Manage --> Upcoming Reservations does NOT show any MVCI reservations.

You can see your reservations if you do the following:
1) Use Weeks --> Manage --> Weeks Owned Summary
2) Select "Vacation Club Weeks". You will see all of your deeds.
3) Under any deed, select "View Weeks Transaction History". You will see transactions for ALL your deeds, which will include upcoming MVCI weeks reservations, which should be at the top of the list.

Interestingly, Use Weeks --> Manage --> Weeks Transaction History is not a shortcut to this view.

As far as I know, my procedure is the only way to actually view upcoming reservations on the site. Rather big bug that's been there for many months.

I've had the same issue for about a month. Oddly enough, I just tried Use Weeks --> Manage --> Upcoming Reservations and now it's showing my reservations. (It didn't before.) So maybe they are in the process of fixing the bug?

Weird. Online, how are you getting to your My Trip listing? I ask because a couple days ago, if I clicked on the My Trips icon in the top right menu bar, it showed nothing, but if I clicked my name, and then My Trips in the drop down menu, it showed them all. Wondering if perhaps you are experiencing the same issue.

You have Forty-Five current reservations? Wow, I need to get working on my vacations! :)

I have a total of 37 reservations displayed (should be 38). Yet at the top of the page it shows "My Trips (12)". That number of "12" seems to change on a daily basis.

I was quite impressed too!

I found the same thing. just yesterday all of my upcoming reservations disappeared. I called Marriott and they told me they were still seeing my trips despite the fact that I couldn't see them. If I went under my name and looked up trips, then I could get them that way. Suddenly, they all showed up again today.
