Receive the following Post Card:
Called, asked if "We earn our commission only when your timeshare sells" meant that there were no administrative fees or costs and they said there were no fees, the buyer pays commission, closing, etc.
They say they have two lending firms lined up.
Then they said that I must send them a copy of my deed, OK. A copy of last maintenance bill, OK. A copy of an "assessment" done within 12 months. WHAT, you need an appraisal??? Yes, need it so they can lend money. BUT, they provided no list of recommended appraisers and don't do it themselves. What's going on here, this is baloney. :annoyed:
