We maintain a historical schedule of Marriott Maintenance fees here, in the TUG Advice section. It's a useful guide for a number of purposes, including for those considering a Marriott purchase. Unfortunately, Marriott has apparently chosen to exclude the MF info from its website for 2006.

Thus, I need your help.

Please list exact fees for each of your resorts (in separate posts) with ALL of the following info, to the extent it applies for your ownership:
  • Unit size (e.g., 1BR or 2BR)
  • Operating fee
  • Reserve fee
  • Special assessment (if applicable)
  • Property tax (do not include separately paid California property tax)
  • Developer subsidy (if applicable)
  • Other fees (please specify), such as Florida Club fee or International Owner's Surcharge
  • Total fees

Please restrict extraneous discussion to maximize the usefulness of this thread. I will eventually utilize the info herein to update the linked schedule.

Additional Notes from the invoice.
MF increase is 9.9% + $25/unit week to cover 2005 deficit recovery
