Anyone know what is going on with this exchange company? I have been calling and leaving a message "for a call back" all week and NO call back. Suspicious!

never used this smaller exchange company / but hope they are still around .
 
When I saw the title, I thought you were asking about BBQ wood. Never heard of this exchange.
 
I did a Bing search on it. There was an entry that it had merged with Dial an Exchange, which was swallowed up by RCI on August of '17 according to some TUG threads of about that time. Hope they don't have any of your money- or deposits.
 
One of my resorts is managed by them and they sent a flyer with this years Maintenance statement so they were still around at the end of last year. I have never used them
 
Don't give them any of your deposits, unless you truly do not care what they give you in return. It's not a good exchange company. They get the leftovers from some of the alternate exchange companies. I will never use them again. I did once, and it was a horrible choice.
