After 40+ years of T/S ownership, I am no longer "an owner"
This is an update . . .

As I previously posted, I've bartered a deal using my 2010 and 2011 weeks at Waikiki scheduled back-to-back (wk 52 and wk1) to use an RV for two weeks (give or take) in Alaska.

I have finalized all of the details for the RV and now have our trip planned out for the 17 days (Aug 27 - Sept 12):

Fri 8/27 Fly Milwaukee to Fairbanks

Sat 8/28 P/U RV; Drive to Denali NP - camp 3 nights at TEK

Tues 8/31 Drive Denali to Talkeetna, possible flight seeing and Riverboat Tour; overnight in Talkeetna

Wed 9/1 Drive Talkeetna to Palmer; State Fair and camp there

Thurs 9/2 AM glacier tour at Knik Glacier; Drive Palmer to Ninilchik, camp two nights there

Fri 9/3 Halibut fishing charter

Sat 9/4 Drive Ninilchik to Soldotna; camp two nights there

Sun 9/5 Silver salmon fishing charter

Mon 9/6 Fly-in to Silver Salmon Creek Lodge for bear trip/overnight

Tues 9/7 Drive Soldotna to Seward; camp two nights there; Exit Glacier enroute

Wed 9/8 Kenai Fjords NP 6 hr boat tour

Thurs 9/9 Alaska Sealife (if not done before now); begin drive back to Fairbanks . . . will decide which route to take . . . the Parks Hwy (unlikely) or the Richardson (most desirable - with a side trip to Valdez)

Fri 9/10 contrinue drive back to Fairbanks

Sat 9/11 continue drive; arrive in Fairbanks mid/late afternoon;

Sun 9/12 Gold mine tour in the AM; dump RV waste & return RV, Alaskan Salmon Bake (dinner/show)

Mon 9/13 Fly home to Milwaukee.

All that's left to do is finalize the reservations and pay the deposits.
