Airport Transfer to Westin Los Cabos

In past years traveling to WLC (including 2021), we have used Cabo Shuttle Services to book our airport transfers, and have been very satisfied with the price and service. This year, we booked the service, and got a return email that they do not provide grocery stops for weekend arrivals (starting Thursdays) due to new government traffic policies. Has anyone heard of these new policies? Has anyone used a different transfer service recently that made the grocery stop? We like to stop at Fresko on the the way in to pick up necessities.
 
I used Cabo Airport Shuttle - they still provide grocery stops, though they charge an extra $25 for a 30 minute one.
