Yes, it is possible. Is it easy or worth the effort? Probably not, unless you plan to rent multiple units each year. You will get questions from people that want to rent 3 nights or 5 nights only, or they want to adjust the dates.

Yes. I have done that. But I just list an Airbnb and wait for someone to reserve. Then book if available and accept the request. Otherwise, decline. But that is too chancy. I am still looking for a better strategy. You will find a lot of Wyndham listings on Airbnb.
