Advice on "united vacation reservations.com"

I am surprising DH for Christmas with Nascar tickets in Vegas. Now he need a place to stay so, I've advertised on TUG and have heard from the above. Need feedback on the above rental site before making further plans. Anyone used it or heard of it. Positive/negatives to using this company are most appreciated.
