Welcome to the forum. This post will probably get moved as for sale ads should not be placed in the forum. I'm not sure that it's reasonable to expect to get anywhere close to that asking price though.
 
Looking at what wyndham points contracts at [your resort] go for you will be lucky to get closing costs and transfer fee covered.
