David,
Syed's wife, Cheri Becker, posts on a Facebook forum. She was assuring everyone a couple of days ago that they are very much open for business. No idea how the rumors started or what was coming up in a Google search.

I'm wondering if they shut down their brick and mortar in Cannery Mall. We had not seen it open after the fires.

I believe they did; yes. I'm fairly certain they're working out of their home elsewhere on Maui. We used them a year ago to purchase a unit at Princeville from friends of ours.

They’re very much open for business. I met with Syed May 2023 at the office in the Cannery Mall, he had decided not to renew the lease there as it no longer necessary for the business. Cheri and him are working out of theirs home at Maui.
Too bad rumors like this started.

We are still in the timeshare resale business and are dedicated to serving you.
We elected not to renew the lease at the Lahaina Cannery Mall office and have been working from our home in Maui.
Reason- Our home is over an hour away from the Cannery Mall and with the Lahaina fires, more road traffic, we felt working from our home was the best option. I still meet clients in Lahaina or any place they choose to meet.
