Just record a deed conveying from current owners to current owners + children. Provide deed to Marriott. Be sure who you are adding are true relatives per Marriott policy to avoid stripping of any enrollment, etc.

Why do you want to do this?

MVC has info on how to do this. You'll need to do it correctly, then get a new deed. You'll have to change each and every deed if there is more than one. We have done this with out other timeshares and plan to do so with MVC but we're trying to time it given the volume and commitment involved.

It shouldn't strip enrollment unless you also removed yourself.

I'd want that in writing from MVC. Legally it is transferring ownership interests.

Assuming they are your children, it shouldn’t strip enrollment even if you did remove yourself, so long as you complete MVC's paperwork to show that it’s a parent to child transfer. But it’s not the same if the relationship was a different one – for example, if you were transferring to, or adding, a sibling, you might lose the developer-purchase benefits.
