This would be an easy process but it would probably be worth using a transfer agent like LT Transfers, I suspect they'd be the most cost-efficient way to prepare and record the new deed(s), and they would ensure that it’s done right. There is some paperwork from Vistana you’ll have to complete to validate that the people you’re adding are your children and thus eligible to continue to receive all the benefits of a developer purchase. LT Transfers knows about all of that.
