Quick question about limits on posting free ads, with a not so quick setup…

Before signing up, I saw something about $75 in free advertising with a membership, but I couldn’t really tell what that meant. As I was signing up, I saw 15 free ads with a membership with no mention of how that worked. As I started to post my first ad, I saw 25 ads per year good for three months each, (first time that was mentioned) and $3 per for more. That’s when I figured out what the $75 meant.

I have three properties that I want to sell or maybe rent, and before signing up it looked like I could do that without spending any more than the membership fee. Not looking good if they don’t sell right away. If I’m realistic about pricing, will they sell reasonably quickly?

None of this necessarily seems unreasonable whatever the answer, but is it 15 or 25 free ads? Do they just last three months?

Does the year start in January or when I signed up? If it’s Jan, is it prorated, is that the 15 vs 25?

Just trying to figure it all out.

I guess my math skills aren’t what they used to be. I would only need 24 ads to do what I want. D’oh!

You just renew the ad when the reminder comes - it doesn't cost any more "ad credits".

its 25 ad credits per year of paid membership.

this allows people to post up to 6 separate listings all year long for free. if you exceed that amount you can either:

1. purchase more ad credits at $3 per credit
2. write reviews to turn in for ad credits
3. refer other members to TUG to turn in for ad credits

(note im not sure of any reference to 15 ad credits, as its been 25 from the start back in 2008...but if you can let me know where you saw that ill be happy to correct it if its a tug page?)
