Is the ownership change fee of 474 charged if you are only buying 1 timeshare? I don’t believe I paid it last year.

it is only if you change owners and only charged once. For example, if I buy a resale from someone else, then I would pay it one time to put it in my name. You would have paid it as part of your closing fees.

You will also be charged an activation fee. We have the fees listed here:

Another question. I have domestic HGVC already. If I add Craig’s Lodge and I paying a domesitc annual fee of 209 + an international annual fee of 245?

You only pay 1 club dues no matter how many deeds you own as long as they are all deeded the same. (Actually, Craig is a perpetuity RTU).

Therefore for Craig Lodge it would be,
Costs in addition to purchase price;

- Legal fees - £195 (closing costs) for each Lodge

- There is a fee of £330 to add each week to your HGVClub membership.

Note: As you can see, one of the big advantage of Craig purchase is the low closing cost/HGVC fees.
Edit: I should add, these closing cost are using the onsite HGVC resale agent. I think that using a normal US broker might be a lot higher.

perpetuity RTU is there a end date?

perpetuity a bond or other security with no fixed maturity date
Yes, you got it. Don't you just love that word, perpetuity. It almost seems that I know what I am talking about, kind a like a TS salesperson.

think I found my own answer - perpetuity a bond or other security with no fixed maturity date
Just means you have it forever or until you give it up. No end date. Unlike some other RTUs that do, like Portugal which is until 2041

With the HGVC (not Elite) can I do two guest certificates? Looks like I have 1 complimentary and then pay for number 2. Does that sound right?

Are you in Max? HGVC Max members get free guest certs but HGVC Legacy do not except Elite Premier. Those who don't, have to pay for them and in Max, they pay for others beyond what they get for free.

I agree with @HuskerATL, this sounds like you are part of HgvMax at some level where you get only 1 free guest certificates. Once you are in Max, I don’t think adding Legacy elite levels will work for you. Another reason not to upgrade to Max.

Was trying to interpret off the fees post. Just HGVC. So I would pay for both certificates. Is,there a limit to how many we can pay for?

Nope. You buy as many as you have points to use
