Has anyone dealt with this firm? They sent me a very generous unsolicited offer for my vacation club membership. I assume that it is a scam but wanted to check. They are located in Minneapolis.
 
The first clue that it is a scam is if they send you an offer for far higher than it's actually worth (which I assume they did).

If in doubt get out. Don't waste your time or your money. Most of these offers are designed to lighten you wallet and enrich someone else.

@Srnavigator 100% scam. Website created six months ago. The BBB already has an alert for them, verifying that they cannot match the business with an address. Kudos to the MN BBB for quickly investigating this scammer.
