I just noticed this thread after responding to your question in another thread as to whether or not Acquisitions Portfolio Development could be related to another scammer. I have copy/pasted my response from that other thread here since the answer is the same.
So many scammers out there it hard to say if it is the exact same scammer. They have a website, but the owner information is hidden. There is no registered entity with that name filed with the state of Illinois.
I can tell you this though, Acquisitions Portfolio Development is a scam. They claim 15+ years in business, 500+ successful exits and $50M+ in "value recovered". The fact is that their website was created September 2, 2025, so just a few months old. Their "testimonials" look fake. Their phone number is a VoIP number meaning that the number may be from anywhere in the world. Their supposed address is 2501 Chatham Rd #6122 in Springfield, Ill. That building is only three stories and there are currently offices that are available for lease. Those offices for lease are suites #100, #300, #310, and #320. It doesn't appear that suite #6122 is a legitimate number for this building (note that it is common for scammers to choose a random address to falsely claim as being their address and then obtain a VoIP phone number with a prefix that matches the city). As of now, there is nothing on the internet about them except their website.

Did this "company" contact you? Are you looking to exit your timeshare? If you are looking to exit your timeshare it would be an unwise move to pay a company thousands of dollars in return for the promise of getting you free from the timeshare. At worst, the company will disappear and you will be scammed. At best, you will pay thousands of dollars and the most likely solution that the exit company will do is to have you default and go into foreclosure. Whether you default on your own for "free" or pay an exit company thousands of dollars to have them tell you to stop paying (default), the result is exactly the same.
