Account access - multiple users

We have owned in the HGVC system for about a decade and for most of that time, my wife and I have been able to access our account using our own respective username/password. For the last year-ish, I haven't been able to access the account any longer without re-registering. Well today I finally bit the bullet and re-registered with my username/password and can access the system...but, surprise surprise, that broke my wife's access.

Before I call, does anyone know if multiple people (with separate username/password) can access a single account?

Seems basic enough but we only have one account access login for both of us.

Marriott forced us to have separate access about two years ago when they finished integrating Vistana.

Go to account information and add online Authorized user...... Me and my wife have separate logins for one account

Thank you so much for the information, so happy it is working for you. I added the user, however the site is still kicking us out, so only 1 user allowed. Very strange.

It should work, I have access to my sister and brother account, so when I login, i get to pick which account to use. I sometime help them with reservations.... Make sure you are using her email address, and she will get an invite to create an account. if it still does not work call CSR and they will help you.
