Hey there everyone
Have a favor... A student at our HS was nominated for Army iorn man He is a great student and a great athlete can all of you that have some time go one this web site http://www.thesportsflash.com/USArmyIronMan-KS and vote for Jeremy Carlisle - Tonganoxie Our school dist is a small one and we can surely use all the help we can get THe school thats in the lead is three times as big as us Please help vote for Jeremy :cheer:

If you click on the big Vote For link near the top, you can do one per IP address.
If you click on the email link, you can do one per hour per email address.
