Hi all,
It's been a while. Years ago we bought a week at Channel Island Shores, a resort close to the beach in So. Cal., and we use it annually, so I don't spend a lot of time on the boards.
That said, I am receiving an email about once a week. It says it's from Channel Island Shores Team, but I am certain it comes from a sales wing of Grand Pacific Resorts, our management company. Clearly, by my previous statement I think its a TS sales "opportunity," but I want to see if any of you might be able to figure out what they are upselling from the text of the message. The message is as follows:

Our valued owner,
There have been some very significant changes to how you and your family can now use your ownership moving forward but our records indicate that you still have not received this important update. In order for you and your family to benefit from these new options, it is important that we have a brief discussion with you as soon as possible.
After many years of working to establish a beneficial affiliation with the premier network of vacation ownership developers including Marriott, Four Seasons, Hyatt, Sheraton and Westin, we are very happy to notify you that, as of today, we have finally been admitted into this exclusive network of resorts.
This is an extremely time-limited offer that expires soon. To learn how to maximize your new resort options, schedule a personal consultation with our team right away. Simply choose your preferred appointment method below.
You’ll want to have your computer, ownership information, and spouse or significant other with you on the call.
**** End of Message***
Anyway, I don't really want to call or email the sender, as I prefer not to start any communication with TS Sales folks. At the same time, I would like to know if the "opportunity" really is something new and interesting.
Any feedback will be appreciated!
Thanks!
