Hello,

Only 15 days until we stay at Cypress Pointe, and getting really excited about our holiday now.

Please could someone give me a little advice about Cypress Pointe (phase 1)which is the closed / best block to the Volcano Pool. Been looking at the plan and 4 seems closer than 6 but 6 seems more spread out with a pool / club house view and also seems to have more parking space!

Are there many apartments in each block? is it worth trying to request an end apartment (we have booked a 2 bedroomed one).

Thank you for any advice you can help me with.

Building 4 or 6 work. Parking at 6 is better.

Building 4 is the closest to the Volcano pool and has only 12 units total - 6 face the pool while 6 face Building 3. All are on outside walls. There are no parking spaces directly at the Building 4 walkways. You can't get any closer to the pool or the Clubhouse than Building 4.

Building 6 has 24 units. 12 face the Pool/Clubhouse while 12 face Building 7. 12 have Interior walls (shared with another unit on the other side) while 12 have outside walls. Building 6 has the most parking directly off the entry hallways of any CPR building. No problem with a close parking spot on Building 6. While the Pool/Clubhouse view does actually include one of those parking areas I have been surprised to find I like that building very much. It has an excellent view of the Volcano Pool as well as the Clubhouse, it isn't as close as Building 4 so you don't hear the activity around the pool as much, the parking is easy and I find you really don't notice the parking area as it is lower than the building. While it might seem to be a building to avoid for a good view it actually isn't.

Both are good choices for Volcano viewing - particularly the red glow at night .

Thank you so much, that info is wonderful.

I`m going to send an e`mail with a unit request, are they normally able to oblige?

As units are assigned on check in day there are no guarantees however they will note and do their best to fill your request(s).
