9600 point week on ebay

What a great chance to pick up a high point week. I know the person who won and literally had a crisis happen within an hour after the auction. Fortunately the seller was gracious about it. But what a missed buy at around $7400.

Not too many 9600 point weeks out there. This is Sunset Cove Marco Island. I think the maintenance fees are a little bit higher than listed, more like 1100, but a bidder will check that out. If my wk 51 7000 point week was sold, I'd be scooping this up. Hopefully a tugger can get a deal.

That's OK, it was just not meant to be.
The sad part is I would've won it at $5650. Not too bad for 9600 pts. The seller did a bad job in his description the first time.

Sunset Cove still Affiliated with HGVC?

Sunset Cove trades with Registry collection. It is also listed on HGVC site as one of the affiliate resorts. But I heard that this affiliation is discontinued. Anybody knows for sure?

I just purchased (via ebay) a 3 bedroom winter week and it would be great if I can convert the week into HGVC points if needed or trade via registry collection when needed.

Sunset Cove is not affiliated with HGVC anymore. Sure glad I didn't win that one. I tried to buy it for HGVC clubpoints.
I didn't think it had much value in the Registry Collection.

Sunset cove is still listing on HGVC site as an affiliate resort. Is it that the site is not updated?

Week 3 that I bought has 525 points value in Registry collection that can get you some very nice properties.
