I've never had a round table before. My current dining table is square but if you lift up the 4 leaves that fasten under the table it becomes a 66 in round table. I just bought my first tablecloth...90 ". I am horrified to find that it is a circle with fabric added to it to make it 90" round. Are all 90" round table cloths made that way? Need advice before I return it. Thanks. Linda

I'm not sure how 90" tablecloths are made, but I googled 90" fabric and found this website. Maybe if you can't find a table cloth without a seam and extra fabric sewn onto it, you could buy the extra wide fabric and make your own.

You might want to call Williams Sonoma to ask about theirs...they sell that size.

There is a very limited amount/type of fabric that is made in widths to accommodate a 90" diameter. Some drapery/bedding silks/sheers are made in wide widths as are cotton quilt backings (108" width). Normally, fabric is manufactured in 36", 42/43/44", 54", and 60" widths. Few cottons for quilt backings are made in 108" widths. Unless you have a (round) custom tablecloth made and specifically request that it be made out of one piece of fabric, you will find a seam in it. You will be very limited as to what fabrics you will find, and it will cost you a fortune. You can, of course make it yourself.
