77,000 Wyndham El Cid Points FREE - Will split transfer and title fees.

Due to a financial situation, we need to give up our 77,000 yearly Wyndham points. I would rather give them to someone who could use them and split the cost to transfer and have the title transfer then to have a company charge me to liquidate. I am more then willing to work with you if you can use these.
Maint. fee for 2012 are paid in full and deed is paid in full.
The points are with El Cid in Mexico and are for 77,000 yearly points w/RCI included.
