Here is some additional info:

The 2012 points come with it.
The 2011 points come with it as well as we did not use in 2011. Thats 14,000 pts that is available to use, NOW.

The Mortgage is paid in FULL.

Annual Maintenance Fee is $518. It has been paid in Oct 2011.

Annual Fees are due in July. It was $129. It has been paid in July 2011
