60,000 Points Solora Surfside
$1,000 is full cost which covers the transfer fee
Maintenance fees paid, next billing June 2025
Maintenance fees 2024 were 60,000 x .09380 per point
Real Estate Tax were 60,000 x 00470 per point
This ownership is completely paid for and everything is current.
Full 60K points will be available for 2025-2026 points with a few points saved from 2024-2025,
Use Year starts July 1st Every Year
