I've never stayed at one of these units at Esisto. I know South Pointe 4BR units are considerably bigger than the Beaxh Walk ones.

Other than points, and maybe stainless steel appliances (don't care), are there any tangible differences between the Deluxe and Presidential units?? They seem like they are the same Square Footage and Floor Plans.

Specifically looking to see opinions of people who have stayed in both.

Also from a video I found online, in addition to the bedrooms it looks like there may be a loft with a couch to give a little more capacity?

I did notice that only the Presidential units offer an Accessibe option, which has an elevator up to the unit. And i'm sure there's only a couple of those.

Yes, I think just one has the lift - we stayed in it. The only other difference I’ve noticed in the presidential we stayed in and the several non-presidential Southpointe units we’ve stayed in since are that the presidential 3rd floor bedroom has a door. In the others it’s been open. And the accessible unit has a really nice side window in the living area because it’s on the end.

The only reason I booked the presidential when I did (2021) was it was the only Southpointe unit available for our week. I didn’t find the furnishings particularly presidential, but they’ve refurbished the entire section since then so they may have done more to elevate the finishes. We’re more than happy with the regular Southpointe units.

Thank you. If anyone else has input, I would love to hear too, but it seems like Sarah hit the high points
