4/4 LO at Regal vista Massanutten Week 17 Question

Hello, I'm looking to acquire a free transfer for a 4/4 LO, week 17 over at Regal Vista Massanutten. Is week 17 a good week? Would I be able to easily trade it for another week at the same property? Im new to timeshares and the MF is less than 1k a year so it seems like a good deal I just don't know what I do don't know. Thanks for the help and advice.

Week 17 is only going to get you 14 tpu's per 2 br side. If you are looking for summer it will probably be 19-22 tpu's. I think mf's are a little over $1000 for a 4 BR. If you don't want summer or weeks 51/52 then you probably would be ok with exchanging for other weeks.
