Last night I called to make our string of reservations. The most difficult part of our reservations is finding inventory for oceanfront units at OP and lining up the reservations during our desired time. There are many oceanside units but a relative handful of oceanfront units. After an hour with the rep I think the call got dropped when she put me on a hold. I called back but it was after 8. The rep that answered said he couldn't do anything because she was still in my account. I asked if he would wait with me a few minutes for her to respond to his message to her to call me, she never did. I don't know what she was still doing in my account because she didn't finalize the transactions we last discussed.
So I called again this morning. The rep got into my account and said some of the reservations weren't cancelled properly so he had to clean up the muddle. 2-1/2 hours later I finally had a string of reservations I could work with.
