2br at Point at Poipu - how many points?

I'm looking to get a 2br at Point at Poipu, but trying to figure out how many points I would need for a week during a peak time and if it is possible to book 9 months out (maybe in February?) so I can acquire at a less expensive MF/point location. Would 12,000 be sufficient?
 
I believe it is 15,500 for high season Ocean Front, 19.500 for Peak (T-Day, Xmas/NY, Easter).

OV, POV & GV are progressively less.
