266,000 Wyndham points for free

I was given 266,000 annual Wyndham points to me by my dad. I cannot use these and want to give them away. I also posted an ad in the classifieds on Tug.
189,000 are deeded to Branson on the Meadows II and 77,000 are deeded to Royal Vista. The MF are $1546 per year ($129 per month) and are currently paid up thru 1/2013. All the points are available for use this year. I will pay $500 of the closing/transfer fees.
