24/7 Customer Service for Platinum/Centum members ... NOT! It's now really 22/6

24/7 Customer Service for Platinum/Centum members went to 24/6 a little while back. No Sunday service, time zone was never defined to my knowledge. Night before last, Thursday night, I called in at 11:32pm EDT. It rang and then went to music for 2 hours and 39 minutes. I was asleep when someone answered and the call ended because I was asleep. Turns out the phones get turned off in Vegas at 8pm PDT and don't get answered by a Customer Service Agent until the call center in the UK goes to work two hours later. So 24/7 now equals 22/6.

Continued decline in service by Hilton. What did we expect......that things would actually get better?
