231000 Wyndham Points

This is 2 deeds 126000 and 105000. Maint fees are $806 and $725. We have used these and have been very pleased with all of the places we have been. I am asking $299. I am a disabled vet and simply cannot afford them any longer. I will consider all offers. Home resort is Fairfield Glade but we have never been there.

Yea ovations even if u get 299 for it u will have to pay that to
Ist it with Wyndham. Plus closing costs

I own in rugaford county its another $ 25 to register it with them so ask at least $350

Under Ovation, you don't "Ist it with Wyndham." As I understand it, if they accept the contract, they take it back at no cost. If you bought it retail, they take it back at no cost and give you equivalent bonus points for the next 3 use years.

I say this not to correct you, but to clarify what I think RayGo is trying to say, which is wrong. Giving away the contract but asking for closing and transfer has the same net cost to the seller as turning it into Ovation, which is $0.
