It seems that Vacatia bought the cow and are now milking it!. I have received the 2026 invoice for my unit (EOY Even) and it is a hefty increase of 30% over the 2024 amount. The budget shows an increase for bad debts and they will need it. Unfortunately, the budget doe not show management fees separately but i have to believe it is a major cause of the increased fees.

What resort do you own? Vacatia is a disaster. They raised my MF's $700 this past year from $1000 to $1700.
I'm letting the resort have it back. I think that's their plan to raise fees so owners walk away so they can redevelop the resorts.

Our 98K Grandview Las Vegas increased from $950 to $1,004.65, a 5.75% increase.

That is about in line with inflation.

I had no issues creating a Vacatia account and paying the bill. Some people in the Facebook Grandview page seem to be struggling with that.

I am glad I don't own a timeshare in Florida, as property tax and insurance costs have gone through the roof here.

I own in Williamsburg, VA. Seems the fee's went up ~10%. Depending how well the new systems are I am kind of okay with that. Dailymanagement system was old and outdated. Plus now we can check-in and out on mobile

I am having a terrible time with Vacatia. I never received my invoice at all for 2026 in the mail, I received an email from Vacation Village telling me about the new Vacatia Clubhouse but I wasn't able to log in. I emailed, no response. I called, they said "We cannot take your call at this time, call back later, goodbye." I finally was able to log in to Vacatia by using the old Daily Management log in, to see that my account was tied to some other person's account that I have never heard of. So I was in someone else's account totally, and my timeshare week was not there. I finally got through the A.I. assistant today after several tries calling Vacatia and spoke to a human who was able to set up my account WITH my timeshare. But I prepaid my 2026 maintenance fees with Daily Management, and Vacatia has no record of this. They tried to convince me that I paid the 2025 maintenance fees, but I have already deposited the 2026 weeks to Interval and I already have confirmed trades with those weeks, which couldn't happen if 2026 wasn't prepaid. Now I'm waiting on a call back from a manager. The whole thing is a huge mess and I've spent several hours dealing with this already.
